Special Mee

This is one of my favorite dish. Perhaps all edible is my favorite. Haha =D So embarrassed to say, I do not know the name of this dish (I called it roti-canai mee whenever I want to eat this dish) and I bet not everybody have tried this before as this is a rare one, rearer than FooChow Red Wine Mee Sua. This is a home made version with spinach, black fungus, dried lily (or something), some Parsley and lots of fried onions! *slurp* =P
